Craig did a great installing our new smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. He explained exactly what was wrong after having our local fire department visit our home because the old smoke detectors were going off. I will be using HomeOps in the future again.

I had an electrical situation that needed immediate attention. It was identified by a professional monitoring system in my home. No signs just all of a sudden out of the blue I received a notification from the app and a phone call, there was a potential electrical hazard. I called Home ops and within 30 minutes there was a highly trained experienced technician at my door. Fortunately for me and my family the hazard was identified.
