Ceiling Fan Installation and Replacement

Craig was great! He explained everything, advised us about the changes we need to make and put our fears to rest. He came himself even though there actually hadn't been an available slot for the time we were given. We will be using Home Ops to make the upgrades we need and will be glad to consider them our personal electricians! Update- Jordan came today, 12/9/24 & started doing our upgrades and he was fantastic. He's coming back tomorrow to finish the job. Update #2- Jordan came back today, 12/10/24, and was awesome. Very professional, courteous, diligent and takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly. Unfortunately we need A LOT of upgrading so tomorrow he's coming back one more time. I highly recommend Jordan and Home Ops! FINAL UPDATE- Jordan came back as promised and finished the job. All upgrades to the electric have been done. Again, everything was done courteously, professionally and everything was explained to us in a way that was easily understood. Jordan is absolutely wonderful. A very hard worker and very meticulous. Any time we need any other electrical work, ie- installing a new fan....we will call HomeOps. Very, very glad I called them. (P.S.- George helped Jordan with some things because we had so much work that needed to be done. George also was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable as well.) UPDATE #3- We needed Home Ops once again on Sept 12, 2026 to do the electrical connection to the compressor for our new Mini Split AC/Heat unit and to install hard wired smoke detectors in the basement and ground floor. As always, they came on time, were professional, made sure the job was done correctly and finished on the same day. I recently had a problem with one of the smoke detectors upstairs. Craig came right away and replaced all three. I will always use Home Ops for any of our electrical needs in our house. Would never even think of calling anyone else! Craig is practically like family now!!! Love them.

Craig did a great installing our new smoke/carbon monoxide detectors. He explained exactly what was wrong after having our local fire department visit our home because the old smoke detectors were going off. I will be using HomeOps in the future again.

Did a great installation of replacement exterior lights. They were professional and cleaned up everything after the job was completed. Would definitely use them again.

I had an electrical situation that needed immediate attention. It was identified by a professional monitoring system in my home. No signs just all of a sudden out of the blue I received a notification from the app and a phone call, there was a potential electrical hazard. I called Home ops and within 30 minutes there was a highly trained experienced technician at my door. Fortunately for me and my family the hazard was identified. It was a breaker and an issue in my main distribution panel that needed attention. Thank you to HomeOps for the immediate response, identifying the issue and correcting the problem.
