The job was done ok but the price was double what other electricians changed. I agreed to do it because I needed it done by tomorrow. You need to bring your prices in line with your competitors.

Great experience with HomesOps Electric. Craig came out late at night after PSEG accidentally cut half the power to our house with a shovel, and he couldn’t have been more helpful. He took the time to clearly explain what was going on, made sure everything was safe, and helped us understand next steps.
What really stood out was that he came back the next day to follow up and get more information from PSEG so we had a full picture of what happened. That level of care and follow-through is rare.
Would absolutely use them again and highly recommend.

I was very pleased with the work that Jacob, and Nicholas completed. They were responding to a request to help dealing with the 9 volt battery type of hard wired smoke detector. Jacob is a well informed technician and precise teacher regarding codes and different types of detectors.
Both technicians were polite and professional.
The billing department is another story. The software they use does not provide a breakdown of materials and labor costs.
I had an issue with the receipt. My final payment was incorrect. Craig was very helpful in addressing the problem.

This company provided rapid emergency service (Sunday night) for an electrical failure at my home.
They kept me advised on arrival of technician, located the problem rapidly, and corrected it for a fair price. I would highly recommend HomeOps.

I had a last minute job that needed to be completed within 24hrs and I’m so glad I found HomeOps. They were AMAZING! I never leave reviews, and I felt the need to share. From scheduling, organizing access to the property, the constant communication throughout, fair pricing, the maintenance tech keeping me updated a long the way- while providing several options- they were absolutely great. I will certainly be using them again and referring them to friends. Thank you!
