I was very pleased with the work that Jacob, and Nicholas completed. They were responding to a request to help dealing with the 9 volt battery type of hard wired smoke detector. Jacob is a well informed technician and precise teacher regarding codes and different types of detectors.
Both technicians were polite and professional.
The billing department is another story. The software they use does not provide a breakdown of materials and labor costs.
I had an issue with the receipt. My final payment was incorrect. Craig was very helpful in addressing the problem.

I had a last minute job that needed to be completed within 24hrs and I’m so glad I found HomeOps. They were AMAZING! I never leave reviews, and I felt the need to share.
