    Jordan was beyond 5 stars. He showed me how broken my switch was, given the way in which the builder installed the switches. He suggested upgrading/replacing all my switches which I have scheduled for him to do. He was patient and kind. He helped me with my phone and on-line documents which my credit union required in order for my transaction to be approved. I feel he is intelligent, skilled and trustworthy.

    Outstanding job by Craig and his team! Jordan came to our home and installed a new EV unit. Craig also took note that there were some serious issues with how the electric was running to the house. He and his team really saved us from some major issues in the near future. They were quick to schedule a return and reset all outside connections. They were quick, efficient and incredibly professional. I would highly recommend them!

    Jordan came out promptly and was very thorough in checking everything that concerned me. Not much had to be done today but will definitely use this company in the future when I'm ready to upgrade some things. The prices he gave me seemed very reasonable too.     Jordan did such super quick service. Very knowledgeable, pleasant, and kept things nice and clean while working in the bathroom. Used all parts and a new GFI and upgraded the wires to code. I can't thank him and the team enough.

    Craig was great! He explained everything, advised us about the changes we need to make and put our fears to rest. He came himself even though there actually hadn't been an available slot for the time we were given. We will be using Home Ops to make the upgrades we need and will be glad to consider them our personal electricians!
    Update- Jordan came today, 12/9/24 & started doing our upgrades and he was fantastic. He's coming back tomorrow to finish the job.
    Update #2- Jordan came back today, 12/10/24, and was awesome. Very professional, courteous, diligent and takes the time to make sure everything is done correctly. Unfortunately we need A LOT of upgrading so tomorrow he's coming back one more time. I highly recommend Jordan and Home Ops!
    FINAL UPDATE- Jordan came back as promised and finished the job. All upgrades to the electric have been done. Again, everything was done courteously, professionally and everything was explained to us in a way that was easily understood. Jordan is absolutely wonderful. A very hard worker and very meticulous. Any time we need any other electrical work, ie- installing a new fan....we will call HomeOps. Very, very glad I called them. (P.S.- George helped Jordan with some things because we had so much work that needed to be done. George also was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable as well.)
