Before we hired HomeOps earlier this month, Jordan explained in clear detail how he would complete the project and later Craig Fazio came to our home and spent a good deal of time explaining the proposed plan. Jordan was beyond 5 stars. He showed me how broken my switch was, given the way in which the builder installed the switches. He suggested upgrading/replacing all my switches which I have scheduled for him to do. He was patient and kind. He helped me with my phone and on-line documents which my credit union required in order for my transaction to be approved. I feel he is intelligent, skilled and trustworthy.

Jordon was terrific. We had a malfunction in our electrical panel. He explained everything very thoroughly. and we opted to fix several issues that might cause future problems. This should make sure that the house is secure against any potential overheating issues.
